A design and build church of 1976, not of special architectural or historical interest.
Shenley was created as a separate parish, independent of Radlett, in 1969. Mass was said in the Anglican church of St Botolph, Shenleybury, until the current church and attached presbytery were built. The site for these was acquired from the Department of Health and Social Security in 1973 and the church, a design and build construction by Lanners of Wakefield, was formally opened by Bishop Butler on 22 April 1976.The church was consecrated by Cardinal Hume on 10 September 1979. A parish hall was later added, c1992 (architect B. D. Kaye). The church is now served from Radlett.
