A modest building of the 1960s, of no special architectural or historic interest.
The church was built in 1965 to serve the needs of the Catholic community of Halewood, which was an expanding industrial suburb at that time. It was built as a design-and-build contract by Lanner Construction of Wakefield. It is a small hexagonal brick building with a concrete tiled roof, which rises to a central point. There is a small flat-roofed entrance porch. Interior not inspected.
