A modern parish hall-type structure, not of architectural or historical significance.
No historical information has been obtained. According to the Diocesan Yearbook, the building was opened in 1965. It occupies a large site and has the appearances of a hall intended to serve a church that was never built. It is a chapel of ease served by St Mary on the Sea, Grimsby. It is widely used by the local community, and as such is a useful source of income to the parish. It also provides facilities not available at St Mary’s.
A modern brick faced framed structure with a shallow pitched sheet metal roof and a later entrance lobby built of blockwork. UPVC windows on the south side. The interior is a single multi-purpose space (see photo right).
