A pyramidal roof rises up to a central raised lantern. Internally the walls are faced with granite blocks. Laminated timber ribs rise up to the central lantern. Side (Lady) chapel with modern glass brought in from a former convent at Liscard, Wallasey. The stone altar, ambo and font were introduced by a recent parish priest.
