Off Station Road, Staveley
Utilitarian twentieth century structure, not of special architectural or historic interest.

On 27 December 1930, The Tablet reported that ‘a monthly Mass is being arranged for at Staveley, a village of over a thousand souls, lying midway between Kendal and Westmorland. This Mass will be supplied from Windermere’.
The rectangular-shaped, single-storey building has a pitched slate roof and roughcast exterior. The author could not gain access to the interior, but a picture taken through the clouded glass doors reveals an interior simply furnished with painted pews, wooden floor and a Gothic arch behind the altar.
